    Buena compra por el precio
    esta maquina es un buen producto, siempre que se considere que es una maquina de entrada, en mi caso la opcion que elegí fue la que trae un cpu ryzen r5 2500u y una grafica Raderon Rx 560x, la he usado para actividades cotidianas y para juegos y las temperaturas no han pasado de los 73 grados en calidad media.Si vas a comprar esta maquina mi recomendación y una de las primeras cosas que tienes que hacer es actualizar los controladores de la tarjeta gráfica ya que viene con los de fabrica y al principio los mismos darán problemas para los juegos mas demandantes; después de esto actualizar el programa de NitroSense pues al igual que la gráfica tiene controladores de fabrica y al actualizar la gráfica el programa de NitroSense deja de registrar las temperaturas (con la actualización se arregla) y por ultimo agregar otro modulo de RAM de preferencia una igual de 8 para que tenga 16.El acabado es bueno al igual que el teclado, sobre el touchpad no puedo decir mucho pues prefiero usar un raton por lo que no lo he usado mucho, la ventilación se encuentra en la parte de abajo a la derecha por lo que no he tenido problemas y es accesible para agregar mas RAM y cambiarle disco de almacenamiento.

    One year still A++

    Pros: fast gaming system, excellent graphics card, the fans keep the system nice an cool, light-weigh that be easy to carry around, the set up was easy, because the computer does talk to you while you are doing it,
    gaming system good for a low budget gamer, keyboard lights up and its bright good for night timers,
    keyboard keys are nice and quite, you can hook to TV up to it, also your mouse, keyboard, head phones, etc. battery life very good, what I like is the plug that connects to the laptop, it snaps in it locks the plug in so if you are moving around you don't have to worry that it will disconnect from the laptop.
    A+++ good beginner laptop.

    Cons: I don't know if anyone else had this problem but, but my AVAST software caught it, it was telling me I had to update my drivers, and it also caught the hardware was not being recognize the soft ware for the graphics card.
    So I had to call Teach support they showed me how to update the Drivers, ok that was all good,
    but it was still not recognizing the software for the Graphics card, so I had to actually go on the website to download the software. And then finally everything worked.
    I got this gaming system for my game (WOW) War of Warcraft, even with my shitty internet access it gives me 60 fps. its super fast. no lagging when I play my games, its perfect for me I got it less then 500.00... So I do recommend this laptop if you are on a budget, but this laptop does offer just as much as a more expensive laptop. Its been a two months no problems, I totally Love it.

    So far so good. Plenty quick, lots of storage, plays games and videos without trouble.

    I got this to take on the road with me, since my old Kindle fire HD 6 is getting long in the tooth. I need entertainment, and some way to do work at times. Can this play games? Yes. Gta5 runs fine. That's a good benchmark for me. It plays videos and looks great doing it.

    Add a decent mouse (I hate touch pads), and maybe a game pad, and you're good. Could it use more ram? Maybe. An SSD? I don't know, I haven't owned an ssd yet, but the hdd works well. No complaints.

    Good value? I think so. It does what I want it to and I'm happy.

    !!!!!!!!!!!!Please Read!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I will start off to say, that the ACER Nitro with AMD 560x would have easily been a 5 star review but it had a major issue that had me pulling my hair and almost returning the product when I initially used it.

    Ok, so I will start off with that Major issue. So, as your supposed to, I booted up the brand new laptop and downloaded all the newest windows updates, AMD drivers, etc. So far so good. To check out how well this computer can play games, I downloaded a few free to play games from Steam. Let's just say the performance was awful. On CSGO I was getting 20-30 fps on low settings, with the same on Fortnite. Basically unplayable since the screen does not have freesync. Booted up a couple other non-intesive graphically games and they did poor as well. I was underwhelmed, but knew that couldnt be right. The 560x is easily on par with the Nvidia 1050 so I should be getting much better performance than this. Scratching my head I boot up Nitro sense (Acers little gaming performance tab) and it wasn't even showing the 560x's temperature. After some diagnosing I came to the conclusion that the laptop wasn't even using the 560X, but instead the Vega 8 mobile graphics card instead, which is on par with... ya know... a current mobile device. Didnt matter what graphic settings I used in a game, it would only use the Vega 8. You could say I was confused.

    Since it was driving me nuts and I was not happy with the performance of the laptop, I tried doing a TON of research, doing my best to solve the issue. Long story short, after multiple hours of forums and YouTube videos, apparently this is a common issue, with the AMD laptop trying to be "optimal" by using the vega 8 instead of the 560X but never switching between them when (I'm assuming) it should be. There were plenty of feedback with people trying to get this issue resolved, but either it didnt work or the remedy was dated and the issue couldnt be fixed that easily anymore.

    Finally, when I was on my last nerve and ready to give up and send the product back, I found a recent post from a brilliant individual that fixed the issue. I recommend before trying to play any games on this laptop that you follow these instructions after you install the latest updates/drivers or you may end up like so many people that returned the product because they frankly believed the laptop sucked (like initially believed as well).

    Search "power plan" in the windows search function.
    Select "edit power plan"
    Select "advanced options"
    Select "switchable dynamic graphics"
    Change whatever the preset option is to "maximize performance". Just go ahead and do this for "plugged in" and "on battery"

    This forces the RX560X to always trump the Vega 8 mobile graphics card.

    OMG my problem was solved and my blood pressure dropped. At this moment, I booted up CSGO and was getting 100+ FPS on medium settings. Getting 80 FPS in Fortnite on high. Getting around 50-60 FPS in the Witcher 3 with medium settings. Night and Day!

    After I was able to fix this glaring issue, I was able to enjoy the laptop for what it is. The screen is not too shabby, it has a good contrast ratio and looks great at all angles. The screen does NOT have freesync and it shows, but it's more than adequate as a 60 Hertz IPS panel. Using the windows dash board was smooth and browsing on the internet was fast and fluid. This would be a great school laptop with the ability to do some gaming on the side.

    I wish I could give 5 stars because it is an excellent product for the price, but what I went through just to get it to perform as advertised was a massive headache. Acer/AMD need to provide a better way than this to simply change a setting to choose what graphics card you want to use... which 99/100 times would be the 560x, so I truly dont understand why that is not being used straight out of the box. In this price range, this laptop should be at the ease of use similar to a console, just plug and play with the best performance possible. It could save them from so many returns and negative reviews.

    Otherwise, I hope this helped people that came across performance issues!

    Well for starters I got it new while it was on sale, it’s not the best gaming laptop but it manages for the games I play. Make sure you have the money for additional ram and a SSD to get the best performance out of this. I was able to test some games out that I own, 30fps GTA V with everything on high, 60fps For honor everything on high, 30fps Call of duty Modern Warefare everything on low settings (BTW it looks horrible when I play Warzone so idk if it’s worth playing it and it also takes 12gb of your ram so don’t bother if you don’t plan to upgrade your ram!!) I managed to get Fortnite to run at 100-144fps with everything on low except textures and messing with the pc settings found on YouTube on how to boost FPS ch2 season 3 (itsJerian channel) and make sure you update all your drivers after you first open up and try to play it will be really buggy without updating all your drivers and windows OS. I used AMD catalyst to update drivers. It’s up to you now knowing all these things and for ultimate performance it has to be plugged in to play with the results I got! I also have an external fan for my laptop I don’t think it’ll help much but I had it anyways.

    Como muchos ya han escrito, es muy complicado que consigan una laptop gamer a este precio y que puedan instalar y jugar la mayoría de los juegos, he probado la lap con Dark Souls 3 a máxima resolución y se ve genial, Rise of the Tombraider a full se ve increíble, Shadow of Tombraider parece estar mal optimizado a ese tuve que bajarle los gráficos, Hellblade se ve excelente pero hay que ponerle los gráficos en medio, Metro Exodus a pesar de que el sistema automáticamente lo configura en lo mas alto de los gráficos, los puse normal para que se vea mucho mas fluido, hasta ahora esos son algunos de los juegos que he probado en tan corto tiempo que tengo con la computadora, si es recomendable jugar conectado para que no haya bajones de FPS, si tiene un tema con el wifi cuando configuras la opción de máximo rendimiento. Al igual que muchos recomiendan por lo menos compren 8 gb mas de memoria lo considero necesario para que todo vaya muy fluido. Es mucho mejor comprar este equipo directamente de Amazon y no de un vendedor externo, Amazon lo envió perfectamente empacado y totalmente nuevo y nada de equipos restaurados, excelente experiencia.

    Well, what should I say ?

    Can play Vermintide 2, WoW, Overwatch, LoL, Heroes of the Storm without problems (not in high graphics quality tho, but you get the point).

    I must say that I purchased a 1To SSD that I installed myself. Before that, games were kind of laggy, but with that SSD, the full potential of this computer is unleashed. For this price, it's a really really great item. Would STRONGLY recommand to purchase a SSD with it.
