Nest doorbell won't pulse blue

I reset my nest doorbell (battery) to factory settings. The light won't pulse blue. I plugged it in, the light is white, does not pulse blue so I can't set it up.

Wiring Help with W/E

I just need help wiring our thermostat. There is a W/E wire that isn’t asked for in the setup guide. I pulled the jumper wire between RH and RC. I was left with W2, W/E, RC, C, Y, and G many help would be appreciated!
