Don't forget this is a general guide its not specific for any Champion (well for inhibitor yes) Sorry for my bad English.

Crimson medaillon:take the one you prefere. (Sergan's finest is the one I pick)
Colbalt medaillon:take Aegis Of Gergan
Passive medaillon:Gedan's Hourglass
Ranged and Harbringer Medaillon,Gems and Traits

Crimson:Lord Smorg's Heirloom for Ranged and Sergan's Finest for Harbringer
Cobalt:Aegis Of Gergan
Passive:Gerdan's Houglass
Melee (Except Harbringer) and Tanks (Except Inhibitor) Medaillon,Gems and Traits
