Recommended to perform both fixes for best results!

Search "Graphics Settings" in your Windows search bar.





Click "browse" and add the "Fallout3" app launcher and the "FalloutLauncherSteam"



Change both app launchers to "High Performance" in your windows "Graphic Settings" by selecting each and choosing options

PROCEED to FIX 2 if this does not fix errors!

DOWNLOAD THIS OFF NEXUS MODS! NO MOD LAUNCHER REQUIRED!

Unzip the folder



Add the .dll file to your fallout 3 game folder
