This guide will give you insight into the 2013 Winter Crates. It will give you information about how to obtain them and what you can expect to find within.

The 2013 Smissmas Crates can be obtained randomly through the item drop system and by trading with other users. You can either make a post on the official TF2 trading forum or join a trading server. Additionally you can look at some of the community driven trading websites below.

The following items can be obtained by uncrating a 2013 Series 79 Nice Winter Crate. To unbox this crate you'll need a 2013 Nice Winter Crate Key from the Mann Co Store.




The Angel of Death is a cosmetic slot item for the Medic.



The Antarctic Parka is a cosmetic slot item for the Soldier.



The Blizzard Breather is a cosmetic slot item for the Pyro.



Chucklenuts is a cosmetic slot item for the Scout.



The Dead of Night is a cosmetic slot item for the Spy.



Dictator is a cosmetic slot item for the Heavy.



The Dogfighter is a cosmetic slot item for the Engineer.



The Extra Layer is a cosmetic slot item for the Sniper.



The Face Full of Festive is a cosmetic slot item for the Engineer.



The Five-Month Shadow is a cosmetic slot item for the Sniper.

Uncrating any series of Supply Crate will give you the rare chance of getting an Unusual hat. The 2013 Smissmas Crates are no exception. The hat is completely random and so is the effect.

The following items can be obtained by uncrating a 2013 Series 78 Naughty Winter Crate. To unbox this crate you'll need a 2013 Naughty Winter Crate Key from the Mann Co Store.

The items found in this crate have a rare chance to be of the Strange quality.






The Festive Black Box is a primary weapon slot item for the Soldier.



The Festive Crusader's Crossbow is a primary weapon slot item for the Medic.



The Festive Eyelander is a melee weapon slot item for the Demoman.



The Festive Flare Gun is a secondary weapon slot item for the Pyro.



The Festive Force-A-Nature is a primary weapon slot item for the Scout.



The Festive Jarate is a secondary weapon slot item for the Sniper.



The Festive Gloves of Running Urgently is a melee weapon slot item for the Heavy.



The Festive Sapper is a secondary weapon slot item for the Spy.



The Festive Wrangler is a secondary weapon slot item for the Engineer.
