I like the idea, but there's something I don't like about the layout. Too many pop outs that make it hard for my eyes to focus. Be better if I open an article and the background disappears completely instead of just blurs.

Steam News Hub is one of the best features added in last years to the Steam. I miss some sort options like Show announcements only from games in the Favourite section or played in last month as well as access button directly on client UI and few layout fixes.
