Why News Hub doesn't show me minor updates ?
I play Team Fortress 2 a lot so I always check for updates, but after this stupid update I don't know what was added or changed, same in Left 4 Dead 2 and other games,Hub is simply over-engineered and useless,can it be undone?

Which small patch? I can see the last Halloween patch from TF2.

Make sure you have all checkboxe checked in the filters, maybe there's something hidden.

This is not patch,it's event,I see them,I talk about bug-fix or thing like that,befor this update I can go to download manager and click to know what is downloading,now it's gone

This was the old one and indeed these are all missing and there's no timeline selector in the hub either.

Maybe they need to port it over?

Me too, I can't see latest Portal 2 fix anymore and which makes it harder to find out if this is fixed or not https://github.com/ValveSoftware/Source-1-Games/issues/2834

Alright, so...

Since its release a few things seemed to have changed. A few fix the issues to access the minor update news. But finding them is still an issue.

When using this URL now https://store.steampowered.com/news/61034/ it will redirect you to https://store.steampowered.com/oldnews/61034/

Issue is that, well...
this "https://store.steampowered.com/news/61034/" comes from a list and that list can not be accessed with "oldnews" sadly,

I'm especially talking about this list here: https://web.archive.org/web/20200617210752if_/https://store.steampowered.com/news/?appids=620

I found the workaround

https://store.steampowered.com/oldnews/?appids=620&appgroupname=Name

Having &appgroupname with the appids as a parameter will show you all the news that you can't see on the new news hub.
