1) Trade ban: Temporary. Usually lasts 1-2 days, though it can be longer. I think this happens when the pawn data you upload seems to be older or different from the pawn data you previously uploaded, for example, if you loaded an old save file. You're just prevented from sending (and receiving?) items for a little while as a safety measure, not a big deal.
2) Corrupt pawn: Your pawn is not available for hiring. This only happens if your pawn's stats are impossible to obtain legitimately, for example, if they have 1000 strength and magic. It may also happen if they have impossible augmentations or gear equipped. To fix this, edit the pawn's stats back to something possible, using a build calculator and the wiki's information on extra stamina based on size.
How about make Dragons Dogma a massive multiplayer online game ?
