I had some pants on a rack and some on a table, when the items on the rack where all gone customers started saying the item wasn't available even though there were more on a table.

Are table items supposed to show in their package as when you put them on the floor or get them delivered? (While it's not on a hanger) or is it supposed to have some sort of folded look to them?

Also, is there a way to offer the customer the item they are saying it's missing but we have available? Because even if I put them up on hangers they don't go back for them or anything like that. ^_^
