why I can't run APEX

The system told me that "Unsupported pak hash format" ,so what mean by this???Does anybody help me?Thanks!!!

try confirming game files, or re-downloading it completely

verified, files, deleted a patch folder, unsupported pak hash still goes on. imma try to install again. only 76g according to steam
