heyo unsure if this is a bug but seems like it might be so logging it:

i have active proper upbringing which should rarify all of my common boons. i see echo and choose to obtain a random boon from the previous night and get quick buck from hermes which was common, and it stays common and unaffected by proper upbringing. cheers
