Well, Rob Dillingham selected as the eighth overall pick uh right now selected by the Spurs.

It is said that he is going to be traded though to Minnesota T Wolves.

I gotta start with UK Pier because we in our pre draft show, you had said his stock was falling yet.

He's at number eight.

What, what are our thoughts here?

I mean, what did I say?

Also that this entire draft was gonna be chaos.

Expect the unexpected.

I should have known better.

I really should.

But when you're looking at Minnesota, first of all, this is a huge tease for San Antonio fans that all season long watching what he did at Kentucky had been and when be would be a dream situation, but they're shipping him to Minnesota.

I think he's one of the best playmakers with the ball in his hands.

He's very undersized.

6 1.5 came in 164 in the combine.

So he's going to have to bulk up a little bit.

But I also love who he compares to.

We're looking at a mixture between Kim Walker and Isaiah Thomas very quick, getting downhill improved.

Three point shooter, limited good footwork defensively in guarding that backcourt, but I love Rob and his competitive spirit and he's found ways to prove people wrong at every level.

So he could be the missing piece for Minnesota.

He can go get a bucket and they need a point guard.

Uh, when Mike Conley is not around, if you remember this past year in the postseason run, there was a game Mike Conley missed versus the Nuggets and Anthony Edwards when Conley returned back and they won the next game said he won because of Mike Conley because he makes everything work for us with Dillingham.

He can do that same thing but also be a shot creator.

And there was a long stretch of the season where the Timberwolves, they really struggled in clutch minutes.

They were one of the worst clutch minute teams in the association.

They got stagnant.

They didn't know where to go with the ball.

People couldn't create a shot and that's what Anthony Edwards on the floor.

So now they solve that issue with the insertion of Rob Dillingham.

You said Isaiah Thomas or, you know, we, we might throw out Lou Williams or something like that.

He might be the smallest guy in the draft, but he just joined the biggest team in the N BS.

You're talking about KK, you're talking about Rudy Gobert, you're talking about Anthony Edwards and Nas.

So Rob Dillingham found the perfect place for him and his skill set.

I love this move from Tim Connelly.

Ok.

Rob Dillingham sounds like you're going to a great place by our experts here.

He is headed to the Timberwolves.
