Updates to Split and Merge Feature

As of API Version 2024-01 we've added a few extra documentation details around our recent Split and Merge feature.

Webhooks for Split and Merge are now available.
FulfillmentOrderLocationForMove has had the availableLineItems and unavailableLineItems connections added along with a count of each.
A new error code No Line Items Provided To Split has also been added.
