Cart checkoutChargeAmount returns amount before the discounts

Effective April 01, 2024
As of version 2024-04 the Storefront API field Cart.cartCost.checkoutChargeAmount will now return an estimated amount before taxes and discounts. In previous versions Cart.cartCost.checkoutChargeAmount was incorrectly returning the discounted cost.
