Wellbeing
We’re all gamers. We play games for the pure joy of it, but also sometimes to escape the stress and difficulties of everyday life. We know things can often seem overwhelming, so we’ve created this section to help shine some light on some of the mental health-related terms you may encounter as part of your own struggles, as well as provide more information about some of the topics that are often discussed or felt among individuals experiencing mental illness. Remember: help is out there and although you may feel alone, you truly aren’t.
