Players step into the shoes of Sunita, a woman that is living with early onset dementia. Players will roam from room to room, discovering different objects that she has collected throughout their life that generate old fragmented memories and start to piece together what is happening. A heart-felt venture into the life of what it is like to be the person that is experiencing dementia and all the symptoms that come with it. Before I Forget really manages to hook you in from the get-go and really help the player understand the illness more. Content warning though for some who have lost those to dementia it is quite an emotionally heavy game, but delivers it all in a compassionate way.
