From falling asleep holding his Game Boy Colour at the age of 8, Tom has always been escaping to new worlds through gaming.

This love for games has brought him into doing business development in the gaming industry, where he develops partnerships with some of the brands his younger self would have been extremely jealous of.

During ups and downs with his own mental health, being immersed in games has provided a key tool to improve his wellbeing and has inspired him to want to understand more about how to improve his own wellbeing as well as support others where he can.
