Update on a Support Ticket

I have recently lost access to my account. I have contacted support and after verifying that I am the account owner, Raid Support's last reply was 4 days ago saying that they will create a new Plarium ID for me when I provide a new email address. I immediately replied with my new email address, and there has been no response since. Is there any way to check on the status of my support ticket without having to open another support ticket? My support ticket/request number is 5697476. Any help is much appreciated as I am anxious as to what the hacker might have done to my account since. Please help.

Thank you dthorne04. We did not realise that posting of service numbers is prohibited. My friend created this post and then he saw the announcement on the other thread on Lost Accounts. He wanted to delete this post but he could not login - saying his Plarium ID is not connected to any account? That is why he is asking me to help him. He just want to know what is the status of his Raid Support Request.

it's all good. it's just in the end i need to be able to talk to the player involved. 

i'm being told that the ticket # doesn't correspond so they may want to double check.

Do you want us to double check or for Raid Sypport to double check? The ticket numbers above is correct. Do you want me to post the screenshot the email correspondence with Raid here? I can't attach screenshot in a private messaging.

I am sure the support numbers is correct. See screenshot of part of email from Plarium support. Did they confirm they cannot find this support request?

I don't know - that's just the request that was passed along to me from support. I do not have access to tickets personally, so I can't see what's going on.
