Sorry, I don't remember beginners' quests anymore. Can you give me a screenshot of the quest, so I know what are we talking about, and then I can ask my CM?

Unable to add screenshot for some reason. Basically task is "Go to Inbox top left of top Bar. Click on icon then open Mail." Tag is labled All Mail. Have done that and opened any mail there. Still not completed.

I remember that I had a similar issue with some other quest. They needed to fix it straight on my account.

And, yes, it was Check your Inbox. All other tasks sem to work 

I didn't do anything. I cannot do anything. I'm a forum mod; nothing special in the game. And I don't even know who you are there. 😁 My guess is that it was a temporary glitch or something like that.

No russian language support

I am not sure what that has to do with "quest to open inbox", but you can find the Russian version of the game here. Happy pirating!😀
