I would agree. This is basically part of the post-creation work for those wikis. They were requested by langcom like this, so I also think we do not need to ask for additional community consensus.

rev_id surpassed 2^31 = 2147483648 on wikidatawiki, so this actually is very urgent on s8. The other shards are not urgent.
