Labels#
Labels allow content to be categorized and filtered, for example threads within a forum. Labels are organized by label groups, whereby one label can be selected from several label groups.
Create Label Groups#
To create a new label group, first go to Contents → Labels → Label Groups in the admin panel and click on the button Add Label Group.
The following input fields are available when creating a label group under General Information:

| Title | When a label is selected, this title is displayed as the title of the label selection. |
| Description | The description, which is only displayed in the admin panel, allows you to store additional information about the label group. |
| Display Order | Defines the order in which multiple label groups are displayed. |
| Force selection of a label | If the label group is available when creating a content, one of the labels must be selected. |
| User and User Group Permissions | Here you can set for individual users and user groups whether they can see and use the labels in this group. |
Under Availability you can select for which contents the label group is available, for example for which article categories or in which forums.
Create Labels#
To create a new label group, first go to Contents → Labels → Labels in the admin panel and click on the button Add Label.
Note
Before you can create a label, at least one label group must have been created.
The following input fields are available when creating a label:

| Label Group | The created label is available in the selected label group. |
| Label | Enter the title of the label. |
| Display order | Defines the order in which the labels are displayed in the label group. |
| CSS Class Name | Select a representation for the label or specify a custom CSS class that determines the appearance of the label. |
