First Time Setup#
Immediately after the installation is complete, you will be directed to the first time setup. There you configure the most important settings, but these can also be changed later if necessary via the options.

| Page Title | Define a name for your WoltLab Suite Community. |
| Timezone | Select the default time zone. |
| Sender’s Name | Specify a name to be used for sending system e-mails. |
| Sender’s Email | Enter an e-mail address to be used for sending system e-mails. |
| Administrator’s Email | Enter an e-mail address to be used as the administrator e-mail address in the software. |
| Allow images from external sites | Activates the option to embed images in user-generated content (e.g. forum posts). |
| Prompt users before displaying content from external sources | Enables the 2-click solution for third-party embedded content (such as YouTube videos). |
| Enable contact form | Using the contact form, visitors to your website can send you e-mails. |
| Store IP addresses | Specify whether users' IP addresses should be permanently stored in user profiles and forum posts. |
| Authentication Code | You will find the authentication code in the customer area at woltlab.com. |
| Public API Key (reCAPTCHA, Version 2) | The public key is required to use the reCaptcha function. You can request it via the Google website. |
| Private API Key (reCAPTCHA, Version 2) | The private key is required to use the reCaptcha function. You can request it via the Google website. |
