Head of Sales

This role involves leading the annual sales strategy to meet company revenue and profitability goals, achieving personal sales targets, and building relationships with C-level and HR executives. Key responsibilities include conducting customer needs assessments, presenting company products and services, leading repeat business efforts, providing sales forecasting, and improving sales processes. The position also involves managing the sales team, collaborating with marketing and customer success teams, setting and managing the budget, overseeing incentive programs, and participating in networking events to strengthen the company brand.

Executive Sales

In this position, your enthusiasm lies in driving business development and fostering robust customer connections. Your primary focus will involve evaluating the needs of potential clients, grasping the evolving culture within organizations, and devising strategies to initiate partnerships aimed at fostering trust and aiding them in achieving certification as a Great Place to Work®. 

Your objective will be to bolster the number of organizations embarking on the journey to becoming a certified Great Workplace, thereby enhancing their workplace culture. Your responsibilities entail achieving sales targets by showcasing the complete suite of Great Place to Work® products to both existing and prospective clients. You’ll be tasked with identifying, assessing, and securing meetings with new prospects, collaborating closely with Account Managers, and meticulously tracking customer data.

Operations Executive - Customer Relationship management

Operations Executives are responsible for building client relationships that foster retention and sustain use of Great Place to Work services and participation in the Great Place to Work community. They would learn to be proficient in proprietary assessment platforms and methodologies and anchor the client operational experience from client onboarding to completing service/ product delivery and manage projects while maintaining client satisfaction. Additionally, would act as a connection point to other functional teams to ensure delivery of the value proposition of our partnership with clients.
