Dear YouTube Team,

I am planning to conduct a study using Kubernetes (k8s) and am seeking guidance on how to navigate YouTube's terms of service ethically and without violation. My research aims to explore the implications of governmental censorship, and I am particularly interested in understanding the legal and ethical considerations when using tools like Moon Browser for data collection.

I reached out to Microsoft for similar inquiries, and they were very supportive. However, I've found it challenging to establish contact with YouTube staff for advice on this matter. I am keen to understand the boundaries within which I can conduct personal studies involving k8s and Moon Browser without infringing on YouTube's terms of service.

Could you please provide me with a contact method or point me in the right direction for obtaining this guidance? I am open to any form of communication that facilitates a productive discussion.

Thank you in advance for your assistance. I look forward to your response.

Best regards,
ji
