This is for Cyberpunk v2.11 and the latest v127: When I launch the game, Cyber Engine Tweaks pops up with:

When I remove the plugin directory, the game launches fine.

Nevermind. The answer is to use v1.30 of CET, if you don't update your game past 2.11.
