I would like help so I can submit the manifest.

Originally was gonna pr at #160411 but i found out that winget currently does not support desktop/start menu entries for portable apps. (microsoft/winget-cli#3314 and microsoft/winget-cli#2299)

Either until this feature is added to winget, or if upstream project receives an installer I prefer to keep this as an issue

If either of the above are met I will submit a new pr.
