  1. The minecraft mods use an item dictionary to keep the item code numbers uniform and allow interoperability between the mods. That functionality appears missing here. I love the work that you do. Example: Human, ghoul, supermutant flesh works for one recipe and not another, because the act of putting it into the workshop changes the item code, then the recipes no longer work. So we need an item code dictionary to unify these items with the recipes in contraptions etc. Thank you for your time.
  2. I stopped playing fallout for a while and recently reinstalled it with a fresh install. I used to use a mod that let me craft all the ammo types (maybe), as well as breaking down surplus ammo and refining bulk energy ammo, which is the part I'm looking for. I finally got my load order working properly and I don't wanna risk trial and error with a bunch of mods. Anyone happen to know the mod I'm looking for?
  3. So Immersive Jewelry has been out for some time, and I've finished all parts of it that I'd wanted to except one. There needs to be some form of breakdown whereby players can extract gems and metals from unwanted pieces of jewelry. What I would like to do is have a miscellaneous object called "pliers" that when clicked on, allows you to click on any piece of jewelry in your inventory. Once clicked, the jewelry will disappear and be replaced by X sized gems and portions of "hackmetal". The hackmetal can then be combined into ingots at the smelter. Immersive Jewelry already has about 3600 unenchanted items that this would have to work for, however, so going in by hand and programming what each object breaks down into with this method would take months. However, when I categorized each of the 3600 armor objects for jewelry as I made them, I followed a scheme wherein they were identified by mod author name, then the object slot, then metal, then race, and then the gem and its cut. For example "JohnSkyrimCircletSilverNordicDiamondCheckerboard". Is it possible that I could write a script that would identify the proper breakdown components of any clicked on object immediately based on its editor ID? For example, just from the editor string, it would know to give diamonds, from "circletsilver" it would know to give 12 portions of hacksilver, and from "JohnSkyrim" it would know to give 7 diamonds, because the circlets by that author have 7 gems in them? If so, what would the calls for that function and name string identification look like?
  4. Hi! I'm new to this forum and new to SkyRim! I haven't looked into every system yet and don't know much of how the game works. But I already want to be able to break down my items once I craft them to get materials back. What are a few common and essential mods to skyrim that I could install? Thanks, Jordynarz
  5. Hello =) I know there is a way to edit the starting enclave (just Lily and a random character) and not only add more characters, but cherry pick them too. For example, lets say that you create a custom character in the "0 GENERIC Vitaly Marchenko" spot, you can edit that file so it will spawn that character with Lily (or add more characters, generic or heroes). But, I don't remember the file to edit (I guess it have to be the expertise one, but I can't find where, and I can't find where I took the information to do that (it was probably the now offline undead labs, but maybe not). If anyone remembers or have the information to edit the starting party, I would appreciate it very much. Thank you ^^.
  6. I cannot find a mod that prevents my equipped gear from showing up in the smelter. Hopefully someone can point me to an existing mod.... But if one does not exist - please make one. It doesn't need to be fancy - just simply blocks equipped items from showing up so I don't accidentally destroy them. That is all... - smidi
  7. I have often encountered enclaves with no member(probably died) and still showing on map. Is there a way to remove such enclaves or in other words a variable to monitor their population similar to defined in "Count." in rtsdata?
  8. In YOSE, breakdown, you have built up a skilled team with heavy, edged and blunt with all rating maxed out and using a mod with your comrade shoot as well. Now the game just gets a boring drill exercise with no survival challenge except to collect resources for RV repair. What type of features/missions should be added at this stage of game to make it a real survivor and challenging, when you have plenty of resources lying around for staying at a level for at least a couple of months?
