Biomagnetic Weapons

During the Cold War, the Americans and Soviets were both working on technology to control minds remotely.

In 1959, Saul B. Sells, a professor of social psychology, convinced the CIA that he would be able to build a very special electroencephalography machine that would be able to analyze brain waves. In other words, his machine could read minds.

The CIA received Dr. Sells’s proposal with great enthusiasm, for the agency had amassed convincing intelligence that the Soviet spy masters had already developed an instrument capable of controlling minds at a distance. Some intelligence suggested that the Soviets were beaming a complex microwave signal at the American Embassy in Moscow from a building across the street.

Dr. Sells’ project was approved by the CIA in 1960, and it was named “Subproject 119” in the agency’s mind control program known as MK-ULTRA. Specifically, the objective of 119 was to develop “techniques for activating the human organism by remote electronic means.”

By the late 1970s, the project had produced what writer Harlan Girard termed “the ultimate weapon … a weapon system that operates at the speed of light, that can kill, torture, enslave, and escape detection.” According to Girard and other investigators, electromagnetic weapons have been tested on humans since 1976. Whenever word has leaked out by whistleblowers concerning the heinous nature of such experiments, organized attacks on the credibility of the involuntary human test-subjects have proceeded with such viciousness that all criticism of the research has been effectively squelched.

In 1973, Dr. Joseph C. Sharp, an experimental psychologist at Walter Reed Army Institute of Research, was able to use equipment that had the capacity to convert sound waves into microwave radiation that enabled him to transmit threatening voices into a subject’s head. In addition to inducing paranoid schizophrenia into a subject, the sound waves could block the normal processes of memory and supplant them with distorted pseudo-memories. As this project was developed, the researchers were able to produce electronic telepathy, transmit false memories, and induce visions, daydreams, and nightmares into the brains of involuntary test subjects.

The transmission of thoughts and fears would be effective on prisoners or on individuals subjected to brainwashing, but the apparatus truly becomes a weapon when the electronic frequencies are used to cripple people by limiting their range of movement or by prompting major organ failure, including heart attacks. Lessening the effects would cause severe pain, rather than death, and would be an extremely painful instrument of torture. A number of conspiracy researchers firmly believe that such bioelectromagnetic devices were used in Iraq to gain information from prisoners of war.

In March 2001, the U.S. Marine Corps released information about their new non-lethal weapon, “active denial technology.” According to those who had perfected such technology, the device causes the human skin to boil without damaging the skin itself.

According to an evaluation of the Marine Corps claims published in New Scientist, the device produces “pulsed electromagnetic radiation at a frequency of 95 GHz with a range of about 600 meters.” Volunteers testing the Active Denial System’s effectiveness in crowd control said that the projected beam caused pain within two to three seconds. In less than five seconds, the pain was unanimously declared to be “intolerable.”

MK-ULTRA was allegedly shut down in the 1970s, and all information regarding the CIA and military’s research on Active Denial Systems are highly classified. Once again, the general public is hoping that those controlling the experiments possess a modicum of good will and compassion, given that these electromagnetic weapons can kill, torture, and enslave entire populations at the speed of light. Such machines would, indeed, be the ultimate weapons for tyrants, dictators, and New World Order despots.
