This account itself is new but I'm far from new to editing. I just got through adding the userpage disclosures for the main two accounts I've done any significant amount of editing from in the past, Anarkinsey and Gawaxay. Gawaxay would probably be the one that would qualify me, but if I'm completely honest I have no idea what that committed identity string would have been.
