Andrew Shriver of the Combat Capabilities Development Command Soldier Center, or CCDC SC, worked with the CCDC SC's Fabrication Team, part of the Expeditionary Maneuver Support Directorate, or EMSD, to develop the Expeditionary Memorial Rifle Stand to meet the memorial needs of modern Soldiers.
