Sungai Tong (Jawi: سوڠاي توڠ, Terengganu Malay: Sunga Tong) is a small town located in Hulu Nerus, Setiu District, Terengganu, Malaysia. The town is located 45 kilometres from the state capital Kuala Terengganu and 26 kilometres from the district capital of Setiu, Permaisuri.
