This is a modern-day horror novel with a wuxia setting, by popular Taiwanese author Giddens Ko. The book is technically part of a series, but can be read as a standalone novel. The main connection between the various books is the villain. Lots of references to classic wuxia novels. Make sure to read the short introduction!
