Wind is the rune word 'SurEl' for melee weapons in Diablo II: Lord of Destruction.
Wind offers several speed-related bonus (attack speed, movement speed, and recovery speed), but it offers very little in terms of actually damaging the opponent. A curiosity weapon at most, and the extremely rare Sur rune makes it appeal to very few people.
