Proof of trust: Customer orders three hummus filling systems at once 🌱 Double the thought and triple the order! Rising consumer demand shows that hummus is becoming increasingly popular in Europe. This requires more than just the right product selection. This is easy for our customers to achieve, because Grunwald cup filling machines can fill hummus in every conceivable flavour and topping, and in five different cup formats to boot. Another special feature: all three cup fillers are built identically. Even with the wiring, we made sure that the machine operator always looks at the same interior of the machine. Of course, the new gas flushing system that is so popular with our customers is also installed in these rotary-type machines, because this technical milestone gives every GRUNWALD customer clear advantages over the previously used system for evacuation/gas flushing (MAP process): ✔️ new recipes with fewer or no preservatives can be realised, as only a minimal amount of oxygen remains in the cup ✔️ lower energy consumption; as it is possible to reliably seal vacuum-free, and with a guaranteed residual oxygen content of less than 0.5 % in the cup. ✔️ no restrictions on quality and output up to 50 cycles/minute ✔️ The extremely low oxygen content allows the development of recipes that require little or no preservatives but still have a long shelf life. Mechatronics trainees celebrate the presentation of their certificates at GRUNWALD. In mid-July, our 2nd year mechatronics trainees and their dedicated training manager Michael were able to experience a very special day: The presentation of certificates to the 2nd year mechatronics trainees at Ravensburg Industrial College took place at GRUNWALD this year. The day began with an exciting company presentation, followed by a tour of our production and manufacturing halls. The young people and their vocational school teacher were impressed by the valuable insights into our innovative assembly and production technology processes. The highlight was the ceremonial presentation of certificates in the “Tinyhouse”, where their class teacher was able to present commendations and prizes for outstanding achievements. Special congratulations go to our apprentice Stefan, who was honoured for his outstanding performance with an average grade of 1.0. The afternoon ended on a sporty note. The young people had great fun playing basketball and football and strengthened their team spirit. A social get-together with delicious pizza rounded off this successful day. Practical, reliable and robust: Innovative ROTARY technology on four square metres of space at the exhibition FACHPACK in Nuremberg. In Hall 2, Stand 2-535, we will be exhibiting a 4-lane GRUNWALD-ROTARY 20.000 cup filler, the flagship of our rotary-type machines. Herring salads are filled into rectangular cups of different sizes and heights in the filling range from 200 ml to 500 ml on an area of just over four square metres. The GRUNWALD-UF white cheese cup filling line goes on a big journey! 🌊🚢 At Grunwald, the correct packaging of machines is not a luxury, but an absolute necessity. Safe machine transport across the world's oceans, 34 days at sea, surrounded by salt water and moisture, requires certified and seaworthy packaging carried out by experts to prevent corrosion and rust formation or even the destruction of the electronics. In addition, this elaborate packaging protects the machine against vibrations and shocks and guarantees its functionality and value retention. Further protection for the machine during the long transport is provided by the special desiccant inside the packaging (2 sea crates with a length of 7.85 m and 9.15 m), which guarantees absolute dryness for several months, depending on the desired transport duration. The desiccant acts like a super sponge and protects all materials and sensitive electronics from any traces of moisture that may still be present in the machine. All wood materials used by Grunwald for overseas transport are treated in accordance with international transport regulations as per the ISPM 15 standard in order to prevent the introduction and spread of wood pests and pathogens through packaging wood. Our summer party last Friday at the Grunwald-Alm was an unforgettable evening full of highlights. ✨ Right from the start, everyone was cheering for Germany at the public viewing - what a fantastic atmosphere! Unfortunately, Germany´s outstanding effort wasn't enough for the next round, but the enthusiasm and team spirit were simply fantastic. There was delicious food from the grill - a truly impressive BBQ experience. The whole thing was accompanied by a rousing brass band that also played the Grunwald-March and created an incredibly good atmosphere throughout the evening. 🎶 We celebrated, laughed and enjoyed our time together until the early hours of the morning. Last day of STADTRADELN in the district of Ravensburg! The GRUNWALD-VELOTEAM will be pedalling hard once again! 🚴♂️🌍 When this year's city cycling ends today, all cyclists from the Grunwald cycling team can proudly say: We have been hard-working and have pedalled hard! To date, a total of 555 teams with 8,540 active members have cycled more than 1.6 million kilometres in the district of Ravensburg on over 100,000 trips, avoiding around 300 tonnes of C02 in the process. These are already remarkable and impressive figures. We are looking forward to finding out which position we will achieve. Ultimately, however, it doesn't matter whether we end up on the winners' podium or not, because together we have made a great contribution to our environment and our health.
