The Altar of the Bat is a unique crafting station in Conan Exiles. It is located at the top of The Tower of Bats and is used along with Albino Bat Demon Blood to craft the Awakened Staff of the Triumvirate.
When creating the Awakened Staff, a portal will appear, though it is only for aesthetic effect.

This crafting station might not be available for a player that is returning to The Tower of Bats, after losing the Awakened Staff of the Triumvirate if brought into The Degenerate boss arena.
