The Altar of Chaosmouth is a unique crafting station in Conan Exiles.

- If for some reason, the altar is not present, the
The Keystone will be unable to be crafted. - As soon as you store the required materials to create The Keystone, they will disappear and it will be immediately crafted.
- In Early Access, the altar was on top of the southern platform looking over the desert. On game launch, The altar was removed. It was restored in a patch sometime in June 2018.
