New Research: To Reduce Disability Bias in Technology, Start With Disability Data

This report unpacks  factors that result in poor collection & availability of representative data sets, & provides recommendations for how to mitigate these concerns, which we refer to as a “disability data justice” approach.

New Research: Regulating Robo-Bosses

This report provides a roadmap for needed improvements in legislation to help prevent AEDSs from giving rise to increased discrimination in employment decisions.

Educators Still Struggling with Generative AI Detection, Discipline, and Distrust, Despite Increased School Guidance

To understand how teachers are currently interacting with and receiving support on AI technology like ChatGPT, CDT conducted a nationally representative survey of middle and high school teachers in November and December 2023.
