Overview: Better positioned marketplace pop-ups

TL-12128 Send resources and create offer pop-ups will now be positioned close to the top of the page, below the resources bars.
TL-12032 We changed the way some ratios (such as the resource amount visible in the screenshot above) are displayed in languages written from right to left, to make sure the order is correct.

TL-12609 Fixed an issue with colored water tiles in Shores of War, when the map was in the 50% zoom level.
TL-12583 Fixed an access key for village overview. Check out our article about Access Keys to learn how to use them.
TL-12427 Fixed an issue with selling Gelding, which was not properly removed from inventory and was causing “unknown error”.
