ABB Tech Academy is dedicated to inspiring the next generation of entrepreneurs and innovators. We are excited to launch a new Startup lifecycle 5-days camp program designed specifically for kids aged 13-16. This program aims to equip young minds with the knowledge, skills, and mindset required to start and grow their own startups. Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Mentor/Instructor to lead the development and delivery of our startup lifecycle cam program for kids. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in startup, entrepreneurship, education, and a genuine interest in working with young students. This role involves overseeing the entire program preparation process, creating engaging curriculum content, and teaching the students. Key Responsibilities: Develop and design the 5-days curriculum for the startup lifecycle camp program for kids aged 13-16. Prepare engaging and interactive lesson plans and activities. Teach and mentor students through the various stages of the startup lifecycle. Provide guidance and support to students as they develop their own startup ideas. Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback. Collaborate with other team members to ensure the success of the program. Organize and oversee program events, such as pitch competition and demo day.| Qualifications: Proven experience in entrepreneurship, startup development, or related fields. Previous teaching or mentoring experience, especially with teenagers. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment. Passion for inspiring and motivating young students. ABB Tech Academy, in partnership with the Ministry of Science and Education Republic of Azerbaijan, organized a 6-day Summer Math Camp in Guba for students who have completed the 9th grade. 🤩 Out of more than 650 students who applied to participate in the camp, 19 students were selected based on an online test and interview. During the five days, they improved their knowledge and skills in mathematics under the guidance of teachers and mentors. The camp not only focused on mathematical lessons but also included exercises and interactive games to develop various soft skills. Also, the participants joined the workshop about the Startup Ecosystem, and presented their ideas to the jury at the Startup Mini Demo Day competition held on the 4th day of the Camp. Additionally, a visit to Chanlibel lake was organized for the students.
