I absolutely adore this app in every way…but the fees taken from the donations are….holy cow….i would only get $84,000 after taxes and fees of $700,000 donated to my cause (if people even were willing to donate that much)

Actually, according to our old fee system (I call it old because it's currently being updated), it would be the exact opposite. But we understand that there can be some confusion initially with a new product. We'll strive to be even clearer to avoid such misunderstandings.

Let me say that this is an amazing idea/concept. Taking it an making it into an app where people can help others achieve goals/dreams is a first of its kind social media. So far I haven’t had any issues with the app that I wouldn’t expect from a brand new platform. Thank you Wishew support team for being as friendly and helpful as you are. Anytime I have reached out with a question or concern they have replied in a very timely manner and always made sure I was satisfied or had my question answered. I can’t wait to see the Wishland feature! Again great job and I’m excited to watch this app grow!

I have emailed customer service 3 times asking what type of bank that could work once my money was returned to my account. I have also tried to reach out on Facebook but they will not approve my post . My money has been returned back to my wishew account and I connected a bank and nothing has happened. And this is the second day. To get a eta or timeframe on it would be nice ! Especially since I went out my way to refer sooo many people to the app . It’s discouraging and disappointing! Once things are fixed and I get paid or I can get a update I’ll change the way I rate wishew but for now it’s a 1 . I’ve had a bad experience since day from the delays and setbacks to now being ignored.

To clarify, the delays are due to the receiving banks' processing times, not us. We've noticed that some banks, like Chime, Cash App, PayPal, Chase, and Monzo, tend to decline deposits from Revolut. That’s why we highly recommend using Revolut for transactions, as it’s free and instant.

Good news! 🎉 We've launched a new version of the app with many bug fixes and improvements. Please make sure to download the latest release. With this update, funds from failed transfers will automatically return to your Wishew wallet, and you will be able to withdraw again.

Once the funds are back, retry the transfer with another bank, or
Download Revolut (free) for instant withdrawal. We recommend this for the fastest experience.
