Very Hard to Connect to Bluetooth

I have the Elac EA101EQ-G amp. This the app that is used to interface with the device. I continually find that the amp and my iPhone have great difficulty connecting via Bluetooth. Proximity has no bearing upon a successful connection. Very disappointed in the Bluetooth connectivity performance. Seems awfully buggy. Too bad. Great sounding amp otherwise.

Great amp but can’t play music over Bluetooth

Using an iPhone SE, can’t seem to play any music over Bluetooth. This was not a problem with an iPhone 6s. Hope elac fixes this.
