Solid app, mid monetizing choice

Overall, the app works great, recognizes bricks wells, is very quick, and is very helpful for reassembling minifigs (helped me remake over 150 out of a mess of parts). As of the recent monetization though, my opinion of it has been lowered. The main reason was behind the processing load and money to run it off a server, with the multi scan option taking up the majority of the processing power. Instead of taking down all options and limiting it to 5 images per day for free, it could’ve been limited to the solo scan for free users, and you could pay to access the multi scan. This would still make it accessible for people who would prefer it for free, lower neural networks loads, and still have a monetized option for the people who use it with more parts. I understand the reasoning behind the choice, but its not the best option.

This has made my life so much easier

I buy TONS of used Lego off of auction sites and local classified listings. Many times it’s just a bunch of loose Lego and disassembled minifigures and it can be really difficult to figure out which body parts go with which minifigure. Along came this app and I am nearly done piecing together my close to 700 minifigures and potential sets they came in. I am so pleased that someone FINALLY developed an app like this.

I would love to see the ability to adjust the value of the minifigures. According to the app I have over $4k worth of minifigures but that seems to be on the very high side. When I click on the Bricklink link the actual value is generally half of the stated value. I’m guessing the app just uses the median value of all prices listed so one person is asking $2.00 for a minifigure in decent shape but you go to the last page and a seller is asking $75 for a generic minifigure so the app tells me my minifigure is worth $35.

Either way this is an amazing app especially for collectors. Keep the updates coming and keep up the good work!

Everything has to be premium

This app used to be amazing, used it everyday and helped me a lot on not only building minifigures and seeing the price but also to help me with bricks that I didn’t know what the set was from, I would had recommended this app to any Lego enjoyer like myself but unfortunately now there’s an unlimited amount of photos to take. 5 a day photos for 50 dollars a year for stuff that used to be free, I cannot say the amount of hate I have for this app now, every scan app has to have some sort of premium feature that takes features that anyone could use back then but then an update comes and you are no longer able to use that feature unless you give them ✨MONEY✨

As soon as this update has happened I’ve seen a recent change in reviews. Brick monkey if you don’t see these reviews you truly are blinded by greed like the rest of todays mobile apps,

For anyone who doesn’t want to pay this absurd amount of money, you can try google lens for free..
