Due to the quick paced nature of the game and the varying connections of players, it can be difficult to implement a voice chat function in-game. We do offer a chat room for clubs alternatively and emojis or quick phrases for your games. Coins are used to play games where players can complete season tasks and have the chance to win various great unique rewards including custom decks, frames, emojis, and more. Your suggestion in regards to adding more card design and the coins deducted if a player losses a game is well appreciated. We'll carefully share this feedback with the relevant team and take into deeper consideration on optimizing this experience better. Horrible game. The idea of paying in game currency for games is stupid and poorly executed. There either isn’t enough players for proper opponents or the game doesn’t actually match you with other people, at least 80% of your opponents will be bots. Unfortunately many of the games are also pre-decided - I’ve had this game for about a month now, and I’ve noticed that you will always win the first game you play in a day. I’ve maybe used this app on 20 days and have found that I have won my first game each day all 20 times without fail, so it’s clearly rigged in that way. Also, I have had games back-to-back that are entirely identical, down to the reactions of the bots and colours of the card and orders of the cards being played. Given that the games are blatantly pre-determined, I also find it likely that the vast majority of the thousands of 5 star reviews on this app are also fake/bots/paid for. The game is bad and there are 45 second ads every 3 games that are quicker to just close and reopen the app than to skip. Finally, the actual uno games themselves when you get to play are horrible due to there being a nonsensical 3 minute timer for each match. Poorly thought out, poorly executed and very likely using fake players and fake reviews to trick people. Just play with real cards.

Remember when playing UNO as a kid used to be innocent fun? When you’re on the verge of winning, the game all of a sudden becomes “glitchy”. This usually occurs when your opponent’s have opted to use Team-mates instead of a random player. There are a number of indicators that your opponents have played together before and are usually using a shield or another “purchased” game helper. A number of the below purposeful, pre-programmed things happen: 1. You will have delay. UNO choosing what card you play because the delay is up to 10 seconds. If your hand does contain a playable card to your team’s advantage, you WILL automatically pick up from the deck. This occurs 1 in 5 games. (I kept a side tally of these odds over many weeks). 2. Your opponents will pick up the exact card they need so you cannot win. This occurs 1 in 3 games. (I kept a side tally of these odds over many weeks). 3. Draw 4+ or wild card. More often then not chooses a different colour than you picked. Heavily penalised further when an opponent calls you out when you didn’t call that colour. (I kept a side tally of these odds over many weeks). I paid to have no ads, but will NEVER, EVER pay for another thing because it’s rigged!
