I'd like you to run the Connection Quality Report and get me a screenshot of the overall score as well as the match history. You can find the button for that on the left side of the screen. Thanks!

There should be a list of the matches you've played along with the ping for each one, packet loss, connection type and platform. Is that not showing up for you?

Thank you. It's still not showing everything. There should be a list of each match with the ping, packet loss, connection time and platform. Can you try switching your browser to desktop mode instead?

Thank you. It looks like you've got packet loss regardless of being wired or wireless. Have you talked to your ISP about this? Also, have you gone through any troubleshooting steps yet? If not, I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not.
