How to report a bug - Guide [ Edited ]

Hey FIFA-Fans!

If you are on this board, then surely you want to report a bug that you want us to look at. This board is essential for us to identify problems and pass them on.

Before reporting a bug, please always check to see if your bug has not already been reported. You can use the keyword search for this to possibly find your bug and then add your report in the post created for it and click the "Me too" button to indicate that you are experiencing the same issues.

We thank you in advance for your help and reports about problems in FIFA 23.

What doesn't belong in the bug forum?

• Connection problem - Please use the technical issues forum for this
• Account problems, changes for e-mails | passwords | security settings etc.
• Account locks
• Problems installing the game

Bugs in the game are problems that you can not solve yourself and also our support team can not solve acutely. In these cases, we need to be able to reproduce these bugs, develop a possible fix, validate this, then make it live and check if the fix has solved the problem and no further problems exist.

It's critical to be as specific as possible when submitting a bug report.

We're looking for the following details:

• Fill in all requested fields in the bug report form
• Description:
  
  • Let us know if you tried restarting your console/PC to fix it (or other technical troubleshooting steps you may have tried)

• It can help us, especially if you upload a screenshot or video clip of your problem.

  • These can often give us a quick insight into what is happening or has happened in your game to better understand and reproduce the reported bug.

  • Please head to our small guide on how to capture screenshots or clips and get them into your AHQ report.
