FC mobile H2H bug [ Edited ]

Dear EA Sports,

Recently, every time I want to play H2H in FC Mobile, there's a bug that prevents me from playing H2H. There’s no loading screen as usual; it just jumps directly into the gameplay without the control stick and the control buttons.

Could you help me solved this problem?

@3f9st4441ye1 Clearing cache is something you need to do after every couple of games and especially before any h2h matches. Most I can play is 3 h2h marches and the 3rd is luck based (it may open or it may not).

Well, it doesn't always work, Sometimes, it still happens even though i have cleared the data cache
