Can’t hear my friend talk on xbox, but can hear other friends on xbox in game.

This is specific to only one friend, SlowZ6. All my other friends can be heard fine and even people on other consoles is all good. And they can hear him too but i cant. We made sure to uninstall, change mac address, unmute, everything. Nothing works. Seems to be a bug. I cant hear him he cant hear me but everybody can hear us.

Game is freezing in lobby everytime.

Explained in post, not muted by mistake. Everybody can hear us but we cannot hear each other.

Could be a server issue. Switch servers

The only thing I can think of is that one of you has accidentally muted, blocked or reported the other. We're not getting other reports of this, we'll keep an eye out for them. Unfortunately, I don't have anything else to suggest.
