I purchased the World Adventure Pack, but I didn't receive any Sim Points.

Hello, I used a translator so the sentences are awkward. I purchased the World Adventure Pack, and a window popped up saying I could receive Sim Points for free, so I clicked accept and received it. But there is no change in my simpoint. Nothing came in. help.

@irene4818 Just to make sure, please login to the Store site in a new private browser window, and see whether you have those points or can redeem them again.
