[EA app] Dragon age II Ultimate Edition Error upon launching [ Edited ]

"Invalid license. Reason code = Missing DLL d3dx11_43.dll Error:0x000000c1"

Hi! I bought dragon age 2 ultimate edition a while back and I tried playing it and gave me the above error when I started the game. Is there a solution to this? I can't play at all and I don't know if I can get a refund either

It seams Windows is not reading the files as it should.

Follow the guide in this Video and test afterwards. (Not in the BF3 but the "....\Dragon Age II\__Installer\directx\redist\" folder of course.)

Manually reinstalling the following package should help here.

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately, it didn't work I still get the same error

• Go to your "....\Dragon Age II\__Installer\directx\redist\" folder.
• Delete all files with the *.cab file extension. (Only the files with the *.cab file extension)
  
• Run the "DXSETUP.exe" in the same folder as Administrator. (Right click the exe > Run as Administrator.)
• Restart the PC.
• Test.
