When I press a Sim it is a 8 second delay for the interactions menu

Recently started experiencing delays when pressing sims to interact, the menu takes a few seconds to upload. I play on a Macbook Pro '21 that has 8GB RAM. I do use mods and cc, exactly 7GB, I'm not sure if this is a computer problem or a mods problem. Please help!

Does it happen in a game without any Mods? If so then yes, it's a Mod problem.

No, it doesn't happen whenever I turn my script mods off or remove half of my mods folder.

@zaria2003 Narrowing it down to script mods is helpful. You might have duplicates there, or just too many, or outdated mods, etc. You have a couple of options. You can do a 50-50 of your script mods. Be sure to leave "core" and "injector" mods in the Mods folder while you test. If you have over 250 script mods, you're going to need to pick some to outright delete.

I could also look at a detailed list of what you have that might be a problem.
